Glass Tech’s Repair Principles

In 1999 Cedar Valley natives Ron and Jodie Watson started Glass Tech with the goal to outshine the national chains through hard work and the rigorous requirements of maintaining an AGRSS certified shop. This dedication to safety and quality has served our clients well. Hundreds of families, body shops, car dealerships, collision centers, insurance companies and insurance agents turn to Glass Tech for glass replacement.

Along with their AGRSS accreditation, Glass Tech is a member of the Greater Cedar Valley Chamber of Commerce, Cedar Falls Main Street and Local High School Athletic Boosters.

Glass Tech is an independent, locally-owned business. We feel that it is important to keep our sense of community by supporting locally-owned businesses. We feel that by doing our part in helping build a strong local community the consumer benefits by receiving a higher quality product along with a better customer service experience. At Glass Tech, we realize that there is more stability, reliability and accountability when the owners are working directly for you.

Service is our priority. If your car is in our shop for repairs you can watch TV and enjoy free Wi-Fi in our lounge. If that doesn’t work, Jodie will drop you off at work or even the mall. Glass Tech is conveniently located behind the public library, just a short walk from fine boutiques, restaurants and bike trail in historic downtown Cedar Falls.
